1. When you place an order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgment email.

2. The sale is only considered finalized after Seramore sends a shipping confirmation.

• Pricing or description errors.

5. Delivery and Shipping

• We deliver to all EU countries;

• Shipping costs and delivery times are provided at checkout;

• The risk of product loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right:

• You must return the product unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging;

• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• Personalized or custom-made products;

• Sealed items that have been opened (e.g. cosmetics, underwear).

7. Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof of its return shipment;

• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

8. User Account

• You may create an account to facilitate future purchases;

• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure;

• Seramore reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used fraudulently.

9. Intellectual Property
